Hog Roast Quinton is often asked to cater corporate events and we have a wide range under our belt that we’ve provided gorgeous food for, including conferences, open days, promotional functions, training and team-building days, office Christmas parties and so much more, so whatever you’re planning, our highly experienced and qualified catering staff will do you proud. While this may well be with our signature food of a stunning centrepiece hog roast, it actually doesn’t have to be, as we offer plenty of choice and variety in order to satisfy everyone you’re inviting.
When we cook up a storm with a Hog Roast Quinton hog roast, it’s with a local, free-range pig that’s of the highest quality, which secures soft, moist meat that falls off your fork and melts in your mouth, as well as crispy, golden crackling, and if you decide to enjoy yours as pigs in buns, you also get our homemade duo of apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing inside floury rolls and wraps. If you prefer a plated meal, you get to choose your favourite seasonal vegetables and potatoes beforehand, such as new potatoes with rosemary and garlic, Brussels carrot and peas, to devour alongside the meat, crackling, stuffing and apple sauce and it’s all smothered in lashings of our own onion gravy.
You may prefer a spit-roasted meat, however, and we can serve up chicken, turkey, lamb or beef, for example, either with rolls and wraps or as part of a plated meal, or perhaps you’d rather have salads and coleslaw on the side. The decision is all yours, depending on your wants and your guests’ needs. If you need any dishes for special diets, like vegan, vegetarian or gluten-free, we have some lovely options available and we can also provide additional courses of canapés, starters, sides or desserts, in case you’re thinking of a multi-course menu.
