During March, Hog Roast Henley-in-Arden attended a 70th birthday party and provided a delicious menu for the occasion! Our catering manager Lee was contacted by Phil to cater for an upcoming birthday party, which required a meal for 30 guests to enjoy. After looking through our menus, it was decided that our classic menu was the ideal choice, as it is packed full of dishes for the guests to enjoy!
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Henley-in-Arden team arrived at the venue with plenty of time to prepare for the 13:00 mealtime. We began by roasting the hog and ensuring that it was cooked to perfection before it was expertly sliced and served in fresh bread rolls. For the meat-free guests, we also served halloumi and vegetable skewers. Alongside the mains, the guests could enjoy sausages, seasonal salad dishes, and crunchy coleslaw.
Following the main course was a selection of delicious desserts, including sticky toffee pudding and lemon tarts. This was a great way to end the meal and the desserts tasted and looked incredible!
