Roasting pigs in Hanley

Another special opportunity for hog roast Hanley catering comes each year a few weeks before Christmas.  My butcher shop shuts for the day and we take that time to prepare for a big hog roast in the evening.  All other shops stay open late and to entice people to our streets, the retailers are very happy to offer refreshments, and pitch in for street entertainment as well.  All this excitement on a cold winter’s night brings people out in their hundreds and I’m there, at the end of the main road with my Titan Hog Roasting Machine by the Spitting Pig Company, roasting a locally-sourced, carefully raised pig.  My normal fare from one of these beauties is stunning in its simplicity and taste, consisting of moist, juicy slices of fresh roast pork topped with lashings of homemade apple sauce all between two soft warm buns.  There’s not been a Christmas yet when I didn’t sell out.

The Titan makes my job very easy.  It is a well-considered, capably-designed machine.  Its hefty tyres make it easy for me to manoeuvre it anywhere, over grassy terrain or even hard sand at the beach!  Its easy, straightforward design means there’s no mess or fuss with the meat as its roasting – it does most of the work for you! 

I can honestly say that there’s easy profitability in using the Titan roasting machine.  There’s very little that goes to waste from the meat every time we cook a hog roast Hanley and absolute perfection of flavour and cooking which is why we use these machines at every event we cater at they make sure that the meat has the most taste possible.
