Christmas party hog roast catering

Our Christmas programme started as early as Dec 16th when we visited a local dry cleaning firm in nearby Hinckley.

We do a number of functions per year for this company and very much looked forward to fulfilling their Christmas menu.

As the staff had only one hour for their lunch break our timing had to be spot on to maximise the flavour and service we were about to offer.

All 140 staff were treated to succulent pork and stuffing rolls washed down with  copious amounts of non alcoholic beer (they were still at work after all) and large amounts of mince pies.

All staff queued up patiently for their rolls and were all rewarded with their hard work with a large selection box each as well as the delicious rolls on offer.

Spitting Pig Midlands timing was to the tee, all 140 staff were fed given their one hour lunch break.

We bid our farewell and will look forward to hog roasting again in the summer for this local firm.

On the 18th December Spitting Pig Midlands provided the hog roast for 2 local weddings.

The first, Faye and Dean went to nearby Hinckley to cater for 100 people at the local Wedding Centre. Again we provide all the hog roasts for this local company and it was nice to meet up again.

The 100 people were certainly hungry and they polished the whole hog off in just over an hour. Most people were coming back for second helpings and all commented on the crispy crackling and delicious pork.

On the same night Ashley and Mark were pleased to supply turkey plus a hog roast with new potatoes and salad at Julies wedding in nearby Attleboro, Nuneaton.

All 100 guests helped themselves to the delicious new potatoes coated in butter with hearty servings of pork and stuffing and turkey and cranberry sauce.

Along with Spitting Pig Midlands fine selection of foods Julie had also displayed a lovely selection of retro sweets. This took Ashley back in time with the Bazooka Joe bubble gums with traditional gob stoppers and the fabulous sherbert dips.

Julie and her groom Mark thanked us for our lovely food and we wished them well for he future.
