Even though winter is approaching our dedicated team of spitting pig chefs still cook up a fantastic hog roast whatever the weather!
September is now behind us, it was such a great month for bookings we catered for a few corporate events for various companies, one man aged 72 decided it was time to hang up his boots and enjoy his retirement period. 160 friends and colleagues watched him play a 45 minute game of touch rugby, after the match was over we served everyone individual canapés followed by a spit roasted lamb and pork ( Mmmmm) accompanied with fresh salads and warm new potatoes drizzles with butter and a small sprinkling of herbs! Could you really ask for a better send off?
Another company in the midlands that our team catered for last week hosted an open day for clients old and new in their first UK office, colleagues arrived from their companies’ headquarters in Germany to try the signature roast pig. Thee day went so smoothly and we received great feedback. The end of September saw us venture to London to provide spit roast chickens and lamb along with canapés and reception drinks, plated starter and desserts for a wedding that was held in the same church they got married in. It was beautifully decorated and the happy couple thanked us for making their day extra special.
October greeted us with many fresher’s parties in the Worchester area along with birthdays and garden parties we cooked up some smoking bbq food for the young’uns, from Worcester we headed up to the ICC Birmingham to Society for the Study of Inborn Errors in Metabolism, symposium saw over 1,500 delegates attend the ICC to exchange ideas on inherited metabolic diseases, after their long discussion they all tucked in to spit roasted chickens and salads. Finally one of our chefs has just dropped a hire with a pig of this morning at Barnt green cricket club for the head chef from Edgbaston cricket club who is catering for a wedding.
