I have to say I am VERY impressed with how professional you and all of your staff have been through the whole process since my first inquiry to you. You were so prompt and helpful with all of my enquirers. It’s not very often you get fantastic customer service like this throughout.
I must also say on the night Lee and his colleague were prompt very friendly and very professional. We didn’t even know they were there. Lee has a very personable manner, I felt they couldn’t do enough for us even down to reminding me to take photographs of the pig before he cut it.
We run our own local business computer/server maintenance etc… from home so we appreciate how much it entails to be as good as you are.
So Thank You so much and if you could thank your staff for us especially Lee and his colleague ( I am sorry I forgot the Gentlemans name), for working so hard. I will be recommending you to everyone we know.
