We’ve officially left winter in the dust, and as things begin to hot up outside, the Hog Roast Dorridge team have been finding themselves incredibly busy with calls from clients, who are hoping to make the most of the good weather now that gatherings – albeit small ones – are back on the table!
As you can probably imagine, our crew has been eagerly waiting for the day that we can get back to managing private events on-site for what feels like a very long time, and now that things are slowly getting back to normal, we’ve been taking bookings for all sorts of gatherings. Next Friday will see us cater for one of our first events since late last year – and we can’t wait to impress the client with a gorgeous Hog Roast special.
Having organised the get-together as a small-scale family reunion, our client, Robert had been looking for a more laid-back menu to suit this upcoming occasion. With its full selection of gorgeously grilled meats, paired with freshly made salads and homemade chips, wholemeal or gluten-free rolls and wraps, along with an elective veggie/vegan option, our Gourmet BBQ menu seemed like the perfect match for this event.
As well as being blown away by our expansive menu choices, Robert was also pleasantly surprised by our smooth, hassle-free service, which enabled him to find exactly what he had been looking for and place his booking all within minutes. But he was even more ecstatic to find out that he won’t have to lend a hand with the clean-up once his guests return home! All mess from the feast, including dishes, napkins and leftovers will be discreetly handled by our crew once everyone has had their fill. If there happens to be quite a lot of food leftover, Hog Roast Dorridge carefully packages the remnants for the customer to keep and enjoy over the following day.
Our team can’t wait to spoil Robert and his loved ones with a delicious BBQ spread next week, and we’re confident they will love the lip-smacking results our team never fails to create.
