Hog Roast Yate’s Southern Slow Roast – Enough Choice To Impress All Tastes

When our customer Lorna asked us to provide tasty food for her daughter’s 17th birthday party, she knew she was in good hands, as she has enjoyed Hog Roast Yate catering several times in the past together with her family members. While we’re proud of the delicious homemade dishes that we make from scratch, using fresh ingredients and never compromising on quality, we’re also proud of the top-notch service that we offer; it’s not only service with a smile, but it’s also our dedication to doing an excellent job and ensuring we put our customers’ interests first.

Either in addition to or instead of one, our Hog Roast Yate professionals can make a whole host of other options if needed, including alternative meat dishes like barbecued, marinated or spit-roasted animals or birds, or starters, sides, desserts or canapés if needed. We can also easily provide homemade dishes for those guests with dietary requirements, such as vegetarian, vegan, plant-based or gluten-free; just let us know your particular needs in advance and our highly-experienced and fully-trained chefs and catering assistants will do you proud on the day.

For Lorna’s daughter’s special occasion, she wanted to treat thirty guests of friends and family to something a bit different. Having tried our pigs in buns and plated hog roast and spit roast meals in the past, she had a look at our Hog Roast Yate special menus, like our loaded fries and winter warmer, and noticed our fabulous Southern Slow Roast Menu. This menu is great for satisfying various personal tastes, as you get to choose three meats (all marinated in advance and then slow-roasted on the day for hours on end) and four sides (a selection of hot or cold ones or a mixture of both), and Lorna couldn’t wait to try our sticky pork ribs, Cajun chicken and spicy lamb, as well as homemade coleslaw, corn cobettes, mac and cheese and a potato wedges.

We catered this party over the weekend, and this versatile menu satisfied all the guests’ hunger and put big smiles on their faces too!
