Hog Roast Rubery catered a 16th birthday party earlier today, where we slow-roasted a hog for several hours at the venue, in the gardens of a community hall, in order to make our renowned hog roast rolls (which we call pigs in buns). For this teenager’s milestone celebration, everyone invited chowed down on delicious, hot, mouthwatering meat and salty, crispy crackling, crammed inside fresh bread rolls and wraps, and topped off with our own-recipe apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, and by the end of the day, everything we served had been devoured with absolute relish.
