Here at Hog Roast Ledbury we do a lot more than just our famous hog roasts, in addition to or instead of we can offer a whole host of options, including different meat options such as lamb, beef, fish, chicken and more. We can also provide starters, sides, desserts and canapes, all can cater for vegetarian, vegan, plant-based or gluten-free dietary requirements. For Emily’s 21st birthday party, she wanted to treat fifty guests of family and friends to something a little different. As Emily and her mum had attended one of Hog Roast Ledbury’s events before where they served classic hog roast, they wanted to experience our Southern Slow Roast menu option. This particular menu is great for satisfying many different tastes, as you are given the option of choosing from three different meats (all slowly marinated for hours) and then the choice of four sides. Emily chose to have sticky pork ribs, Cajun chicken and our spicy lamb, along with homemade zesty coleslaw, corn cobettes, sweet potato wedges and very cheesy mac n’ cheese.
We catered Emily’s party on a beautiful weekend, and all the guests were so surprised with the amount of options they had to choose from, with many asking for our details as they wanted to book us for their next big event!
