Hog Roast Evesham at sensational September nuptials.

Hog Roast Evesham were delighted to be hired to cater their latest event, it was a beautiful wedding between a very loving, very happy couple who had had to postpone their wedding due to lockdown. But now that restrictions have eased they found themselves rearranging their wedding, but in a slightly more intimate way.

The team was hired to make the buffet for the wedding reception, which was to take place in the clients beautiful back garden. The buffet was to serve all 25 guests at the after party, so the clients wanted something tasty and fun for them to eat, which is exactly what Hog Roast Evesham delivered to a superstar standard and within the couples budget.

The delicious menu for the buffet was created by the clients with the team, there was a whole load of options that they had to choose from. In the end the buffet included delicious meaty treats such as: BBQ 100% Beef 6oz Handmade Burgers, Chefs Own Hog Roast AylesburyGourmet sausage and the clients chose Spit Roasted Spring Lamb Seasoned with Rosemary Served with Mint and a Mustard & Dill Sauce, alongside a basket of crunchy bread rolls and assorted dips. However, there was also vegan and vegetarian options available. The couple selected to have three salad dishes instead of seasonal vegetables, so their guests could pick to have Mediterranean Pasta, Caesar salad and Coleslaw if they wished. Finishing off the big buffet for the party was scrumptious Roasted New Potatoes in Rosemary and Garlic.

As the party was starting at 4pm, the Catering Manager from Hog Roast Evesham arrived at the client’s private home venue at 10am. There was plenty to do! After setting up the equipment in the spacious back garden the Catering Manager got straight to work producing every single dish fresh by hand. So that as 4pm rolled around the food was all ready and the serving table, complete with Hog Roast Evesham’s finest china crockery and cutlery, was all prepared for the guests.

It was a beautifully intimate wedding ceremony and the team felt privileged to be the caterers at such a wonderful event.
