Last week hog roast Anstey was very busy catering for Anstey Football Club. The football club was hosting a big party in celebration of acquiring promotion. Although they weren’t
playing alongside Ronaldo or Lionel Messi, Anstey has some really talented and upcoming players. They managed to seize there promotion with a 3-1 victory the following week and with promotion sealed, what better way to celebrate than let hog roast Anstey cater at your event! We arrived around dinner time to get set up for an evening serve and slowly put our pig on to cook. Anstey Football Club managed to arrange a couple of 5-a-side matches but unlucky for me I’m a chef and not really a football player, so the lads just ran rings round us netting about 5 goals. After the matches had finished we set out some big round tables on the field and it wasn’t long until people were flooding through the door. After all the players, managers and familys arrived we got straight to work at carving our pig ready to serve, everybody loved our hog roast and we had so much good feedback.
