Hog Roast Keresley

Last week hog roast Keresley catered for a big party of 70 people. The event was held in a primary school were parents and children attended the event. The event was to celebrate the year 6’s leaving school and what better way to celebrate it by having a hog roast. All the guests congregated in the main hall whilst we at hog roast Keresley finished off the cooking of the pig. The hog had been slowly cooking over flames whilst the beautifull aroma filled the school hall. The time came to serve the hog roast and everybody tucked in and enjoyed every last mouthful. The pig was served with our chefs very own apple sauce, homemade sage and onion stuffing and professionally presented crackling. But here comes the best bit! For desert hog roast Keresley give the option of two puddings, and the first one our guests picked was Chocolate Torte, handmade individual dark & delicious chocolate tortes, with a light crunchy base. The second choice was a Summer Pudding (although we are in the middle of winter) which consisted of summer berries set in their own juices and enveloped by soft white bread. As the event was underway, they was many sports games in the sports hall of the school for the adults and children to participate in. The all day went fantastic for the year 6’s, and everybody absolutely loved our hog roast
