Our Hog Roast Bewdley chef and assistants recently catered a wedding, which we often do and have done for years. We’re extremely popular for all kinds of functions, but our wedding catering is particularly in demand these days. For Joe and Rachel’s informal wedding reception, they asked us to provide a three-course menu and a drinks and canapés reception to start off the evening. We make a whole host of additional foods and our homemade canapés are always a lovely treat for guests, and you can choose several such as chicken satay, Indian snacks, halloumi kebabs, and smoked salmon.
For Joe and Rachel’s special day, we would be making canapés of mini veggie burgers, feta skewers, mini Yorkshire puddings with beef, tiger prawns, spicy Thai chicken kebabs and dim sum appetisers. The starter of fresh, homemade vegetable soup with crusty rolls served to the tables would then be followed by a traditional hog roast, from which we would make pigs in buns to be served buffet-style, and then we would serve dessert to the tables – profiteroles and cheesecake.
Hog Roast Bewdley cooked up a storm with some truly wonderful food on the day of Joe and Rachel’s wedding, and many of the guests came back for seconds or more of everything!
