Recently, the Hog Roast Aylesbury were hired by Guy and Jen for their own party. Guy and Jen chose a traditional Hog Roast buffet for their guests which showcased the team’s fantastic cooking talent. The pig was roasted on a spit on site for all of the guests to see which gave the party a theatrical element. In addition, this historical method of roasting ensures that all of the hog is evenly cooked and creates a fantastic crispy crackling. The hog was then displayed on the buffet and made a fantastic centrepiece. The hog looked fantastic and was carved professionally in front of the guests by the Hog Roast team’s Head chefs. Alongside the meat, the Hog Roast Aylesbury team served a deliciously fresh mixed salad, coleslaw, potato salad. This menu was served to the 35 adults attending the party. In addition, the Hog Roast team also devised a special menu for the children at the couple’s party. The 25 children were served handcrafted miniature gourmet hog dogs with sauces. The team also made enough chips to serve to all 60 guests.
The food was served on wooden crockery to the buffet a more luxurious feel. The time arrived on site at 12pm, well before the serve time to ensure that they could have the food ready in time for the buffet. The Hog Roast Aylesbury team was led by their fantastic and talented Head Chefs, Greg and Rafal who led the team steadily through the service. The team helped to create a really relaxed and friendly atmosphere and everyone had a great time trying all of the food. The guests really enjoyed the food and many returned to the buffet for second helpings. The clients gave from great feedback which was much appreciated by the team. They were very impressed with the buffet and thought that the food was exceptional. They also promised to use the Hog Roast Aylesbury team again at their next event. In addition, the could not wait to recommend the team to their friends and family and were excited for their next Hog Roast event.
