We travelled to Peterborough to meet Levi & Vicky who are planning their 2011 wedding. We discussed menus and they made their choices, and excellent choices they were. They want to impress their many guests and what better way than with a delicious spit roasted hog to tantalise all of the senses. The sight of the glistening hog, the aroma of the roasted meat, the sound of the sizzling meat, the taste of the delicious pork and you may wonder what there is to tempt the sense of touch? Well of course, it’s the crispy crackling as its bitten into! How could any of their guests resist? Levi & Vicky have decided on a colour themed wedding so we will of course take part in this and ensure we have coordinating linen and tableware on the day. We will also ensure our uniforms compliment the colours used to decorate the venue. One less thing for Vicky to worry about as the big day approaches
