This winter, Hog Roast Solihull was hired to cater for a dinner party taking place in March. Abby is hosting a party for her close friends, as a way to celebrate the beginning of spring and the weather getting warmer. She wanted to give her guests something to look forward to while the winter is feeling especially dark and dull, and there is nothing better than a delicious meal with friends. For the catering, Hog Roast Solihull will be serving a delicious hog roast, accompanied by all of the classic trimmings. Our catering manager Lee suggested this menu since it tastes great and is perfect for enjoying at a dinner party.
On the day of the dinner party, the Hog Roast Solihull team will be serving the perfect menu for the guests. The menu will begin with a slow-roasted hog, cooked to perfection and served alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. This will be accompanied by roasted baby potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and rich homemade gravy.
