As I get out the car at Barton Hall Kettering there’s a real breeze, it’s a chilly day. I am doing a Hog Roast Kettering wedding. The menu chosen for Hog Roast Kettering is the classic menu, Pig in a Bun! I started to cook this at 10am ready for a 4pm serve. This was for 120 people so I brought a whole big meaty pig. We set up the gazebo in the main room hall, for everyone to see as they were seated. You could hear the crackling and smell the wonderful scents. This was served in fresh white and brown rolls with homemade onion and sage stuffing with a delicious smooth apple sauce.
Everyone commented on how wonderful the meat was and the client really thanked me for making sure everything ran smoothly. Hog Roast Kettering was a peaceful smooth day, doing what I love most. Thanks guys.
