Stacey and Tom moved into their new home at the start of 2025 and have been busy working through the renovations, including redoing the entire garden. The pair certainly have green thumbs as they have transformed the space from a barren and dull exterior to a luscious green garden filled with a selection of beautiful plants and décor. Now that they are ready to show off the space, the couple are hosting a garden party this July for 25 friends and family to attend, with a delicious menu from Hog Roast Smethwick. Our team will be serving our Gourmet BBQ Menu, which always tastes amazing in the sunshine and is guaranteed to go down a treat!
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Smethwick team will arrive at the private venue in the morning and begin setting up our catering station in the garden. We will start by barbequing the main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, and marinated chicken kebabs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with wholemeal and gluten-free options also on offer. For the sides, the guests can enjoy homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a fresh green leaf salad. Overall, our dishes will combine to create the perfect menu forr enjoying at the party, with more than enough for every guest to enjoy!
