The weekend might have been windy, but the good weather broke through in the calmer periods. With this in mind Spitting Pig Midlands headed out on the road to deliver yet another DIY Hog Roast machine and Pig. This ever popular option is a perfect method of providing amazing food for events and even used to cater at home for garden parties and birthdays. Another widely held favourite is our southern slow roast menu, with nationwide binge on pulled pork this option goes down a treat. Events in Smethwick and Longford were treated to this culinary delight. Free range shoulders of British pork, brisket of beef and a quarter of grass fed spring lamb were low and slowly roasted, each prepped with our secret rub and marinades. The results are always so succulent and the meat falls away from the bone . . . perfect!
