Here is just one wonderful event that our team was hired to cater for this spring…
Earlier this May, Hog Roast Nuneaton catered for a brilliant event at Hawkstone Brewery, which was hosted by Jeremy Clarkson himself! The brewery is located on a wonderful patch of countryside, with great views in every direction. This combined with wonderful sunshine, great food, and incredible beer, created the perfect evening for the 150 guests!
For the catering, our manager Lee was hired to serve our classic hog roast menu for the event. This is a simple yet incredible choice since it focuses on high-quality ingredients that are cooked to perfection. We got to the venue in the morning to ensure that we had plenty of time to prepare for the 18:00 serving time, and let our hog roast for around five hours. Once the pork was ready, it was expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. For meat-free guests, we also provided grilled halloumi and vegetable skewers. The main dishes were served alongside a seasonal green leaf salad and our gourmet coleslaw, which ensured that our menu was delicious and varied. This was a brilliant event from start to finish and it was great to see so many guests enjoying our catering whilst they enjoyed a beer or two. The brewery was the perfect backdrop for our catering and the Hog Roast Nuneaton team had a great time!
