The small town of Cannock was the location of our first hog roast this weekend. A delicious hog roast in Cannock was served alongside fresh soft white baps, our homemade sage and onion stuffing, sweet apple sauce and our amazing crackling. The vegetarian guests enjoyed a spicy bean burger – which went down an absolute treat! We set up under our gazebo and got everything ready for a lunch time serve for a fun day. A lunch serve time meant a pretty early start to the day but service was swift and everyone was quickly satisfied. We received excellent feedback throughout about how succulent the pork was which in turn meant a very happy chef too!
