Christmas is now upon us and with winter well and truly settled in, we see a lot of our clients choosing our Festive Menu Hog Roast. Last week we had a Hog Roast in Fazeley where the client had chosen just this for a little treat for the workers. Hot Turkey and Pig served with cranberry sauce and piping hot sage and onion stuffing. We served this alongside carrots, mange tout & green beans, cauliflower cheese and new potatoes in herb butter. The client also chose to have a vegetarian option for the non meat eaters which was a lovely home made Quiche, made with peppers, mushrooms and onions. We were asked to serve the food buffet style, with the guests coming up to be served. We had our gazebo set up just outside the main doors and as dinner time approached we had around 100 workers wanting to get stuck into a Hog Roast Fazeley bap, and I couldn’t blame them.. It smelt delicious!
