This July, Hog Roast Walsall is catering for a private party to celebrate Alice and Max’s engagement. The pair first began dating when they met at a party around seven years ago and they moved into their first home together last year, so their friends and family have been expecting an engagement to happen any time now! Now that they are ready to share the news, the couple have planned a party to take place at their home, complete with a delicious menu from Hog Roast Walsall. For the catering, we will be serving a classic hog roast, which we are expecting to be a big hit with the guests. This menu is versatile and incredibly delicious, making it the perfect choice for the occasion.
In preparation for the party, the Hog Roast Walsall team will arrive at the private venue in the morning and begin preparing our menu with plenty of time to spare before the 3:00pm serving time. We will start by slow-roasting the hog and allowing the pork to cook for around five hours. Once ready, the succulent meat will be expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving BBQ-pulled jackfruit and marinated chicken kebabs to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy.
