Wednesday we took part in a Promotional Corporate day for a National Machine Hire firm. The company were looking to re-vamp their Local branch and invited existing and potential customers to visit the premises, enticing them with a selection of delicious foods!! Early in the morning, we arrived and cooked bacon, sausage, burgers and onions, accompanied by a great big cup of Faye’s famous home made vegetable soup! Then once they had had a chance to talk shop, we then produced lunch. A delicious slow roasted hog and home made apple sauce to woo their clients. The depot manager has since reported that the day was a great success business wise for them and were adamant that the alluring smell of the roasted hog had a lot to do with it!! A successful day for us also, with many company owners asking us about appearing at their own corporate events, with an exciting enquiry for a 2 day, 10 pig corporate job towards the end of the year!! Happy Days!!
