This weekend saw us having a short journey down the A47 for a hog roast in Barwell. Andrea was celebrating her birthday with family and friends at home and fancied a change from the usual finger buffet! She had opted for our menu 3, succulent hog with salads, potatoes and a vegetarian option. We arrived and were shown down a large driveway in to the back garden where we set up on a lovely decked area with a roof, heaters and fairy lights. The music was playing, drinks were poured and we set about serving the guests at around 8pm. Andrea’s husband and a few other guests seemed rather intrigued in to the whole hog roast aspect and we were more than happy to chat! We clear up and set off home after another successful hog roast in Barwell.
