afternoon tea and canapes followed by a hog roast with all the works

Gemma and Steven had booked full wedding catering, with Canapes and English Tea in the afternoon, consisting of finger sandwiches, cakes and afternoon tea. Canapes continued the typically English theme, and consisted of Mini Toad in the Hole and Roast Beef, Yorkshire Pudding & Horseradish, both with dipping pots of hot beef gravy, Home made Porkpie and Cranberry portions and Garlic mushrooms with feta cheese and chives. The guests were more than impressed and quite put out when the appetisers were gone! To follow a few hours later, we served a hot roasted hog, two Silversides of beef, 10 varieties of salads and jacket potatoes. And of course, home made sausage hot dogs for the little ones! Condiments and dressing were also supplied and within two hours, the guests had polished it all off! Many best wishes to the newly weds and many thanks for inviting us to cater for their event, It was an absolute pleasure.
