Saturday was busy preparing our pigs for the weekends events. Saturday night Ashley and Faye travelled to Stoke in Coventry to join Richard, Caroline and their family and friends in celebrating Caroline’s 40th Birthday. The party was held at their lovely home with a huge made to measure marquee provided in the garden of the estate. It really was a lovely setting, with a turquoise and cream colour theme, we dressed to match and made sure the table linen and napkins were all coordinating. Caroline had been given an ‘Unusual’ present by her girl friends in the form of the local rugby team acting as topless Chippendale style waiters with collars and cuffs serving drinks to the happy guests!! Certainly one of her more memorable presents!! The guests stripped the pig bare, and even asked for more as we were packing up to leave! Unfortunately, all good things must come to an end and we left the guests behind to continue their partying long in to the night! Back to the factory for us to start cooking the pigs and various joints for tomorrows events, no rest for the wicked!!
