In the evening, Ashley catered for a wedding at a golf course in Hinckley. All the guests commented on the crackling and were left wanting more once they had devoured everything Ashley had to offer! The manager of the Golf Course who had booked the catering was so impressed, he booked another two jobs there and then. The happy couple were over the moon with the service and have even said that they will invite us back to cater for their many anniversaries to come! All the best to them for the future.
