Thursday was a difficult day here at Spitting Pig Midlands, with the sad loss of Faye’s dear Nan. Nan was always very encouraging with our business and was always interested in what we were up to and how jobs had gone. So it was important to us both to continue as we always had done, and make Nan proud! The day was a very busy one, with three jobs on Saturday night, there was a lot of preparation to do. Three pigs needed preparing, three lots of kit checking, a few gallons of apple sauce to make and nearly two thousand rolls to be ordered! Then off to have a well earned rest in the evening before the weekend madness starts
