Selecting the best for our famous hog roasts

Today we are doing our routine quality inspection at two of our most respected suppliers. Firstly it’s an early rise at 5am to visit our local bakery to see our soft and crusty rolls being hand baked. No problems there and it is an utter pleasure to serve our pork on these delicious rolls.

Then we have a 10 mile drive to our local pork farm. This process is superb as not only can we source local pigs, we can view the whole process.

Right from the start we can view the rearing of the pork we select for our hog roasts.
