Here at spitting Pig Midlands we have another busy weekend ahead of us. We will be travelling all around the midlands providing first class catering at a variety of events. Starting with a birthday party in  Coventry tonight and finishing with a wedding in Dudley on Sunday. Today we are preparing by checking and cleaning all our equipment before visiting some local farmers markets for fresh tasty ingrediants.
