Earlier this year, Erin contacted Hog Roast Birmingham to arrange catering for an upcoming event at her tennis club. Erin is one of 
the senior coaches at a club in the Midlands, where players of all ages and abilities are welcome. Each year the club hosts an open day event to attract new players and to allow local people to visit the club and try their hand at the sport. The event also includes fun activities for children to enjoy and a tasty buffet menu for guests to enjoy. For this year’s catering, Hog Roast Birmingham has been hired to serve a delicious BBQ menu for the guests to enjoy. Our catering manager Lee agreed that this menu would be ideal since it is incredibly versatile and delicious, with plenty of dishes for the guests to choose from.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Birmingham team is planning on arriving at the club in the morning to ensure that we have plenty of time to prepare all of our dishes on-site before the midday start time. For the mains, we will be serving succulent pork sausages, veggie sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. These dishes will be served in fresh bread rolls, with gluten-free rolls also on offer. For the sides, we will be serving sweet potato fries, homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a selection of fresh salad dishes.
