We only use ethically reared meat which is freshly prepared at your venue on the day over a period of approximately 6 hours to achieve a perfected taste and texture.

If you’d prefer an alternative to pork, you’ll be pleased to know that there is plenty to choose from including our tender free-range chicken, succulent sirloin of beef and delicate spring lamb. Alongside this, we also offer vegan and vegetarian meals so that no-one goes hungry. Please do let us know if there are any guest allergies in the weeks leading up to the event so we can ensure that the correct preparations are made.
