I was a little nervous to start with as franchise and hoped we had a good one, although nothing to worry about as from initially speaking with the ladies on the phone and ordering all i got was polite friendly helpfulness. Order process was easy and catering manager confirmed with a week to go what would happen. Lauren and Billy turned up and set up at a surprise party on their own and when i arrived all on track and things looked great. Come serving time it seems they are also weather forecasters as they suggested leaving it 10 minutes to miss the rain and hey presto, food served in the dry:-) The food was amazing and we had feedback all night from our guests saying so - we had several allergens to cater for and both Lauren and Billy knew exactly what the case was and made sure everyone was catered for appropriately. Can’t thank them both enough, so helpful, friendly and courteous, and even placed the leftover meat into the Tupa-wear containers they suggested bringing just in case leftovers. Everything went so smoothly from beginning to end and the food was delicious and beautifully presented- definitely an up market pig roast . Lee and his daughter were fantastic. I had to change the time that they set up and Lee was very helpful and flexible. They just got on with it without a fuss or any issues at all. The food was delicious (especially the lamb) and served on time. The were both very professional and packed up without disrupting the event. I booked the spitting pig company for my mum’s 60th birthday party. They provided the hog roast, Chips, Vegetarian, Vegan and gluten-free options. Everyone said how delicious the food was, And it was the best they had ever had. There were no complaints from my guests. Well worth the cost of this. I would highly recommend this company. Lee and his staff provided a professional and friendly service Throughout. I have a brain injury and I got treated, just like everybody else. Not many people do that.
